It is finally here. My book cover. Oh my goodness, I am so proud.
I am proud of my sister Judea who took all the photos, of the design team at Paraclete who pulled it all together, and of all our friends and family members who helped out in a million ways, posing and tasting and smiling and chipping in over and over and over until this project was done.
And look who made the cover - Jeanetta! Also, my three favorite fabrics are layered underneath all the photos. Absolutely beautiful.
The official release date is March 1 but you can pre-order it at Amazon or Barnes & Noble (wouldn't it make a nice Easter or Mother's Day gift?) I will be doing a round of signed book-plates closer to the release date, so stay tuned.
For now I have to get busy finishing the Reflection Guides for book clubs and bible study groups and crafting circles who want to read the book together, They will be availble for download upon release of A Homemade Year here on the blog, a little gift from me to readers.
Oh my goodness. Sometimes I just have to pinch myself.
