Birthday parties are over. School and work are well under way.  Our evenings are filled with easy dinners and lots of Olympics. Miles already wants to take gymnastics, but for now I am just letting him do a lot of jumping from furniture piece to furniture piece and he seems satisfied with that. Our bank account has to recover from double birthday parties plus back to school expenses before we can sign up for any new activities.

The house stuff is in a holding pattern. I am working on fluffing this nest a little more and having fun making my thrifty-wish list for small projects around the house -inside and out, trying to add some splashes of color here and there. 

I am toying with  ebook and podcast ideas. Does anyone download small crafty/cooking ebooks? Do you listen to podcast? Do "vlog' post interest you at all?
