This post is very timely as I'm currently reading Barbara Kingsolver's 'The Lacuna' which is partly set in Mexico with Frida Kahlo and Diego Rivera as key characters.

What incredibly happy colors. I had seen Pam Garrison's photo from her Mexico trip too. They are so beautiful. It's a funny contrast to the snow outside my window!
