Hopefully the light will improve over the next few days and I can take a few more... Although, secretly I adore the gray weather because it reminds me of Juneau and my childhood there....

Everything is lovely, but I am particularly crazy about the slipcovers (?) on those chairs in front of the fireplace!

ReplyDeleteThe chairs are actually chairs I found on the side of the road - 1 year apart- that I had re-upholstered using vintage Chenille coverlets. I can't decide if I should paint the arms or not...

If you love gray, you would have loved it here this past week. It's been so dark and the clouds so low and heavy on everyone. It doesn't usually bother me, but this week it did.... Lovely decorations! I love the lights on your china hutch.
